Veni Vidi Vici— is the first thing that came to my mind, when this “maillot jaune” crossed the finish line. Still couldn’t believe that I would get to see that eye-catching yellow jersey in person.

It was a beautiful weekend with beautiful weather to be so I went and did this moto @tdf.sg solo. I started it from the lovely Fullerton Hotel with the CBD background scene but sadly all the nice spots were taken already. Luckily I found a nice spot because all I need is just something like a skyline or background that represents the place of the race.

Fed up with the heat and also the race was about a few more laps anyway, I better move on to the dome near the finish line. The enthusiasm was amazing, even though maybe it’s just like a drip of what a real TDF would’ve felt. Anyway on the last lap, while sipping my sugarcane far from the crowd I get to secure a spot for a finish line shot that’s quite unusual. Overall it was an intense moment, love it and wouldn’t have it any other way.
